Many of you may know this about me, others may not… I have a song written about me. No lie. My friend Tom triggered this memory when he sent out and email entitled “WINGS AND BEER.” For those people from Wisconsin, you’ll know what I’m talking about. There’s a cult hero there named Pat McCurdy who sings a song entitled… well, something close to “Wings and Beer.”
On a related note, my sister used to work for ESPN radio in Milwaukee. They had Pat on the show, and she pulled this stunt for me. This was probably the biggest thrill of my life. Sorry if you’ve heard this already, but I wanted to get it off my hard drive and into the cloud. 🙂 It’s about a minute and a half long:
